• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One account per person — sharing accounts is prohibited

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including lesson content, audio recordings, algorithms, branding, and design — are owned by AI Lingo Chat and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Plans & Payments

We offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled case-by-case. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Your learning data is preserved regardless of plan status.

6. Pronunciation & AI Analysis

Our AI-powered pronunciation scoring and tone analysis provide feedback for educational purposes. Scores are estimates and may vary. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in AI-generated content or analysis.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI Lingo Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
